Complaints and returns

Damaged goods

If the delivery person has delivered a damaged package to you, please do not accept it. If you have done so, take photos of the damaged packaging and products and send them to us immediately along with your order number to eshop@stibio.cz. We will immediately initiate a complaint with the carrier and send you a new product as soon as possible. You do not have to fill out a complaint form and please do not send the goods back. We will inform you about the next steps.
Return of goods

Goods purchased in this e-shop can be returned within the statutory period of 14 days without giving a reason. Returned goods must not be used or consumed and must be in their original packaging. Please also return the goods to their original condition to prevent a possible reasonable reduction in the amount returned.

 

Procedure for returning goods

First, please contact us by e-mail eshop@stibio.cz. Then download and fill out the form below and send it together with the returned goods and invoice (a copy is enough) to Ekomáma s.r.o., Na Slanici 444, 763 02 Zlín. Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Secure the goods against damage in the same way as they were sent to you (for example, with paper padding and/or bubble wrap).

Refund

We will send the amount for the returned goods to the account number you provided within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The complaint does not apply to free gifts.
