Cod liver oil is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, of which DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
DHA together with EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
Ingredients: Cod liver oil, vitamin E (D-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
