Together with EPA, it contributes to proper heart function. A beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. DHA with EPA. It also contributes to maintaining normal blood pressure with a minimum intake of 3g of EPA and DHA acids, but must not exceed the additional intake of 5g of the combination of EPA and DHA acids.
