The skin of the body makes up a large part of our organism (about 1.7 square meters in an adult). This skin barrier is one of the first lines of defense that protects us from adverse influences. Therefore, it is good to take care of it regularly to prevent its possible weakening.
The first step is to rid the skin of impurities, which is usually achieved with clean running water, or soap, shower gel or shower oil. We really like washing oils, which, when combined with water, become a gentle emulsion that moisturizes the skin beautifully without leaving it greasy. If you do not use washing oil, it is advisable to moisturize the skin with body cream or milk, because the chlorine contained in water dries it out.
One of the most exposed and stressed parts of the body are the hands and feet, which deserve a cream that also cares for the nails, especially in winter and summer.
