Principles of working with your data

We are Ekomáma s.r.o. with its registered office at Na Slanici 444, 763 02 Zlín, ID number 09593845.

We operate an e-shop on the website www.stibio.cz.

We process some personal data for the sale of goods and the operation of our website.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

I. Processing of personal data

Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you order our products, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the order form. These are: name, address, telephone number, e-mail.

For what reason?

We contact you through them for further agreement and delivery of the ordered goods.

For what legal reason?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or taking measures before concluding a contract at your request.

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.

Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you fill in for us. This is mainly billing data: name, surname, address, e-mail.

For what reason?

We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via the contact details regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints.

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of the contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – performance of our legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such a service or delivery of goods.

Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and you did not prohibit this when purchasing, we will use your e-mail address to send our news. Also if you have signed up to receive our newsletters without creating an order.

On what legal basis?

This is allowed by the provisions of Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so when making a purchase.

How long will we process your personal data?

10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time via e-mail or contact us at e-mail: eshop@stibio.cz.

 

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons work for us and access the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. They are:

We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.

Our company makes decisions based on automatic processing or profiling.

IV. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the personal data being processed, to request the erasure of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to take your claims to court.
