OptiMSM® has properties related primarily to the functioning of the musculoskeletal system. The key component is organic sulfur (34% of the total content). This element is the fourth most abundant mineral in the body. It is an essential component of joints, tendons, ligaments and other connective tissues. OptiMSM® is ultra-pure organic sulfur of pharmaceutical quality from Bergström Nutrition - this product is backed by a number of pre-clinical and clinical studies guaranteeing its purity and effectiveness.
Organic sulfur has properties related to regeneration and reduction of fatigue after exercise in the short and long term.
