    Caprylic acid is one of the MCT fats naturally found in coconut oil (which contains caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10), but also in breast milk. Unlike capric acid, caprylic acid is absorbed very quickly and is therefore an immediate, but at the same time stable and long-lasting source of energy.

    Caprylic acid can therefore be used as an additive to any drink (e.g. added to coffee or smoothies) or food as a support for meal replacement.
