Chaga extract Puhdistamo is prepared from chaga (Rezavce skýmý) originating from the untouched area of ​​Finnish Lapland. It is still unaffected by toxic pollution, so it offers a literal wealth of nature. Among the greatest treasures is the adaptogenic chaga mushroom, which grows in several areas of the world, with the best characteristics of chaga from three areas - Altai, Himalayas and Lapland. The so-called antioxidant capacity ORAC (oxygen radical absorbent capacity) is measured for foods. The higher its value, the stronger the properties related to oxidative stress of the given food. While, for example, black currant has an ORAC value of 7,701, blueberries 13,427, the ORAC value of chaga is 146,700.

Chaga Puhdistamo is prepared using the double extraction method - first, the substance is extracted using hot water, thanks to which the cell wall of chaga is broken and it is possible to obtain active substances. However, alcohol extraction is then required to release the fat-soluble substances.

Chaga extract can be added to any drink, smoothie or pure water. This adaptogenic mushroom has been used for hundreds of years in traditional Chinese or Russian medicine, for example. It was also used by the ancient Egyptians or Indians.
