Puhdistamo EAA contain eight essential amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-lysine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-methionine, L-tryptophan) of 100% natural origin in an ideal ratio.

In the long term, it is advantageous to use the widest possible spectrum of amino acids - Rubner's law of limiting amino acids states that the utilization of amino acids from ingested proteins depends on the content of the least represented essential amino acid.
