Natural energy Drink Puhdistamo is a strictly natural stimulating drink with a very minimal energy value (2kJ / 100 ml). It is sweetened only with steviol glycosides and contains natural extracts with a stimulating effect, which, in addition to boosting vitality, also help with concentration and the area of cellular energy production.
Yerba mate extract - Yerba mate is a tropical, up to 20 m tall tree growing in South America. Yerba mate is nicknamed the "drink of the gods", it is very popular in Brazil or Paraguay and especially in Argentina, where it is drunk as often as coffee here. Unlike it, however, it contains about half the amount of caffeine and at the same time a whole range of other substances - vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are not found in coffee. Caffeine from mate is also released gradually and lasts longer - unlike coffee, there are no such significant fluctuations in energy levels and mood, and the stimulation is smoother and lasts longer. Yerba is also less irritating to the stomach and digestive system, unlike coffee, it is even beneficial, and does not cause bad breath. In addition to being stimulating, providing energy and enhancing concentration, yerba has properties related to blood sugar levels - in South America they drink it to ward off hunger, which is excellent for weight loss diets.
Guarana extract - Guarana is a long vine growing in the tropical forests of South America with striking red fruits and black seeds. Powder or extract is prepared from them. Guarana is notorious for its stimulating properties - it is used to increase energy, delay fatigue, prolong performance and support concentration.
Green tea extract - Green tea is considered worldwide to be the key to longevity thanks to the dozens of antioxidants it contains, as well as its stimulating effect, which does not cause nervousness. Malic acid - Why add malic acid to an energy drink? Isn't it a natural acid that occurs in fruit and is also produced by fermentation? Yes, and it also participates in the Krebs cycle in the body, during which food is converted into energy. Malic acid produces pyruvate, which is a source of energy for muscles. Its use in an energy drink is thus a supplement to substances that stimulate the central nervous system, while malic acid is fuel.
