Night Magnesium is an exceptional supplement designed to support sleep. It contains a total of four active ingredients with a synergistic effect focused on the quality of sleep, stress relief and tension relief. The use of such a number of similarly focused substances is unique in a dietary supplement.
Magnesium in the form of bisglycinate contains magnesium itself, essential for the nervous system and therefore quality sleep, as well as L-glycine, an amino acid with calming effects. Magnesium bisglycinate is an organic - chelated form of magnesium with excellent absorbability and usability for the body.
L-theanine is an amino acid acting directly in the brain, whose properties are related to inducing overall relaxation and feelings of well-being.
Passion fruit extract has been used for centuries as a tonic - for its effects related to calming the nervous system.
Griffonia seeds contain substances that are precursors of melatonin, therefore they have effects related to a feeling of calm, well-being and quality sleep.
The product does not contain lactose, milk and gluten.
The product does not contain gelatin or animal ingredients.

Dosage: take 1-4 capsules daily, approximately 1 hour before bedtime. The package contains 15-60 daily doses, depending on the selected dosage.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of children. Protect from light.
