    Vitamin B12 is used to support energy metabolism and mental condition. Its high doses can be recommended to all individuals undergoing great physical or mental stress.

    Methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin are bioactive, very accessible forms of vitamin B12 for the body. When used in large doses, which are in the Puhdistamo supplement, their effect is close to the injection of the vitamin. Any excess of vitamin B12 is easily excreted in the urine.

    Folate (folic acid, vitamin B9) - in the form of QuatrefolicTM 5-MTHF methyfolate - a form of folic acid with excellent bioavailability, its properties are related to fertility, the reproductive system, fetal development and other areas.

    The form of special pastilles with a minimum of ballast additives and zero artificial sweeteners guarantees maximum usability = absorption through the mucous membrane in the oral cavity.

    The product does not contain lactose, milk and gluten.

    The product does not contain gelatin or animal ingredients.
    Developed and manufactured in Finland.
