Free shipping is above 1,900 CZK. Up to this value, shipping prices are as follows:

Balík do ruky Česká pošta	139,- Kč	delivery within the next day after dispatch
Balík na poštu Česká pošta	129,- Kč	delivery within the next day after dispatch
Balíkovna	79,- Kč	delivery within the next day after dispatch
Zásilkovna	69,- Kč	delivery within the next day after dispatch

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Estonia, Frane, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland

Free shipping over €90, for orders below this value there is a shipping fee:

DPD	10€	usually within 2-3 days of shipment
Zásilkovna	3,80€	usually within 2-3 days of shipment

 

Payment

We accept only on-line payments in advance.

 

When receiving the package, please check its integrity, or open the package in the presence of the delivery person. Please do not accept damaged packages with broken contents and inform us by e-mail eshop@stibio.cz so that we can send you a replacement shipment as soon as possible.
