Our tips:

✓ After each hair wash, we recommend using Urtekram conditioner, which will seal the hair strands and provide additional moisture to the hair.

✓ Raspberry tea helps prevent hair loss by improving blood circulation to the scalp, strengthening hair follicles and promoting new hair growth. It is also believed to help balance hormones that can play a role in hair loss.

✓ Consuming at least three dates a day will strengthen hair follicles, prevent hair loss and stimulate their growth due to the iron they contain. Consuming them can therefore well replace low iron levels.

✓ For even better results, you can also try rosemary decoction or rosemary shampoo / conditioner.
